Parents are happy to buy them and children love to eat them!

This original 3 generation pancake mix was established well over 75 years or so ago. Then in 2004, I created the wholewheat pancake mix to give a variety to my clientele. This multiple pancake mix creates a lot of delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, supper and even dessert. You can also use my pancake mix as a batter for chicken, fish and even pogos. Now, with recent discovery, you can make cinnamon biscuits, Beavertails and funnel cakes.

Now, over three years into the business with my pancake mix, I am doing this on a full-time basis and loving every moment of it. I have resigned from the Govt. in September 2005, and I have found my passion and I'm following my dreams, knowing in my heart that it will be a huge success.

Now, I am working on my third pancake mix, that will be very healthy, great tasting and cooks like a regular pancake. You are also able to make muffins, and waffles. This pancake mix should be out in April-May, 2008. It is recommended by the "Holistic Cooking Academy of Canada (with Chef Lori Nichols-Davies).
